With awe for the beauty of the human condition, it is my belief that healing begins with acknowledgment, and, as witnesses, the relationship is more important than the therapy itself.

As a current PhD student, I am immersed in creative research exploring how fictive memoir—specifically coming-of-age stories of childhood into initiated personhood—may help free the grasp of intergenerational trauma while reaffirming intuition and fostering a place for both grief and love.
